Shipping, exchange and refund policies
Delivery time :
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping will be done taking into account the details of the order, depending on whether the items are in stock or not, standard or personalized. We then commit to a reasonable delay for everyone, as soon as we can assess the time frame, an email will be sent to you.
Exchange or refund:
Considering that each piece is unique and a form of art object even if it is useful, we do not trade.
Our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you would like to process a refund, email us at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your item.
We will evaluate the item and consider your request with reservations. All returns for refund must be made within 15 days following our dispatch date to be valid. We do not offer exchange except subject to a defect due to an error or a breach on our part.
If you need to return the item for an exchange due to a defective product, you will receive packing and shipping instructions. We will then ensure safe transportation with tracking number. We will notify you by email when we receive the package.
Gift certificates are not refundable.
It is also your responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt; if it turns out that the item is damaged we must be promptly informed. Take pictures and write a brief description, send it all within 48 hours of receiving the package to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will allow us to assess the request and keep you informed of the applicable procedures.
